F&I Training for Powersports, Automotive and RV Dealerships

We teach the complete transaction from start to finish. Menu presentation, product knowledge and a smooth sales-to-finance handoff, reinforced through weekly training and on-site coaching.

Training that carries into every deal

We train the presentation together with everything around it: the menu, the handoff and the paperwork. When all four are built to fit each other, and weekly training keeps them sharp, the improvement carries forward into every deal that follows.

We also train for the buyer in front of your people. Powersports buyers are not RV buyers. A twelve year term on a towable is a different conversation from a weekend unit financed over thirty six months, so your team learns the right approach for each.

What We Offer

What the F&I training covers

We work through the parts of the transaction that decide the number, in the order the customer meets them.

01

The menu

What is on it, what it costs, and an order that matches how your buyers decide. We build it around your products and your market.

02

The handoff

The stretch between the sales desk and the F&I office has a big effect on gross. We give it a clear owner and the words to run it well.

03

The presentation

A structure your people run in their own voice, with the disclosure done properly, ready for a buyer who asks an unexpected question.

04

The paperwork

Signed correctly the first time, in a way that holds up wherever the unit is delivered. See compliance for the paperwork side of this.

Our Process

How we work with your store

Training continues well beyond launch, with weekly sessions and on-site coaching from your Apex Writers Specialist.

  1. We train on your own menu and your own system
  2. Your people keep the material, so a new hire starts on day one instead of month three
  3. We work the process alongside the presentation, so the two support each other
  4. What we find in the assessment is shared with you whether or not you hire us
  5. Deal audits and month-end performance reviews measure progress against your own numbers and your own market

Common Questions

Questions dealers ask

Do you train on our menu or your own?

Yours. Your people train on the menu they present every day, so the training carries straight onto the desk. If the assessment recommends changes to the menu, that work is part of the engagement rather than a separate one.

Does this work for a single-point store?

Yes. The size of the store changes how many people are in the room, not the approach. A single point with one F&I manager often sees the change quickly, because the whole office moves together.

We sell powersports and RV out of the same building. Can you train for both?

Yes, and it is more common than people assume. The training covers both buyers separately, so your team has the right approach for each.

What happens to the training when someone leaves?

The material stays with the store, so the next person in the office learns from the same material as the rest of the team. Your Apex Writers Specialist is still on site as well, so a new hire joins the weekly training and coaching from day one.

Start with an assessment of your F&I office

An assessment looks at the menu, the paperwork, the handoff and the numbers, then tells you what we found. If the answer is that your process is sound and you do not need us, that is what we will say.
